Scott and assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. After trouble shooting, they presented a list of parts and labor to complete the repair. I decided that a new unit would be better at this time.

Both Tom and his apprentice (also named Tom :) were polite and pleasant to work with. I also appreciated him patiently answering some questions I had about how a few of my appliances worked, and letting me watch while he did his inspections/diagnostics (it never hurts to understand how things are put together :)
