My ancient (27 years!) Kenmore gas dryer was not drying clothes like it used to. I thought it was the heating element. It was not. Timothy was able to diagnose the issue within 15 minutes. It had something to do with the gas intake device. Because my dryer is so old he did not have the right part. He went all the way to the store and back and fixed my dryer the same day. Hurray!

Repair experience
My experience with Mark's repair service was great. Arrived on time, knowledgeable, friendly. Not real happy that one of two parts ordered by Mark was wrong. Mark completed the repair without the correct replacement part making the mower operational again. Will see if his efforts result a a long term fix.

Whatever the issue was.. It fixed itself, but he did look up the touchpad for this particular model and said that there's no replacements for it so if it is going to die, then I would probably just need a new Range.. I was not interested in the sears protection plan..
