Technician was great he was efficient friendly and helpful. The tracking was not great but not techs fault!

Repairs
The repair was fine. I was surprised that the technician left all the old parts and cardboard boxes for us to dispose. I wold think that material would have been taken by the technician. I believe it always has been taken in thd the repairs

Scott was great! Professional, efficient, and he explained everything. While I am stunned by the cost of the replacement parts, he was very good.

Shane was great
The serviceman Shane was great, very knowledgeable and efficient, also a great sense of humor. The problem was with how to get a serviceman to my house. Calling Sears was a nightmare. Every number I called I got an automated message to follow the prompts in order to get a date and time. That's fine if it wasn't an emergency. Not one number could I get a person to talk to. The first appointment I got for my washer was Sept 1st, no show. Waited all day, at 6:00 that night I got a call telling me he couldn't make it, so my refrigerator broke that week, 9/8. My appointment to fix both was for the 19th of September. No show, no call, nothing. For two day I tried to call and talk to a human, because the automated system had the next appointment for October 5,6,7,or 8th. This was not acceptable. For two days I kept trying and finally I saw the 21st and 22nd available so I tapped on both. They must have been cancellations. Tom did the washer the 21st and Shane did the refrigerator on the 22nd. Sears needs to get a better system. They were amazing years ago, you could talk to a real person anytime at all, not any more. If you do get someone by chance, it is someone out of this country. I've always had Sears for all my appliances for 50 years. I miss the old Sears

Fridge/Freezer
Excellent experience, Sean was very nice and tested everything he could on freezer. Unit could not be repaired as maker didn't make the part anymore.

Scott got it done!
Our first of 6 visits was June 5. After parts were mailed us three times in 4 months, (most needing to be be sent back), and 3 visits, (1 cancelled and 1 no show) and countless calls (and as many broken promises), finally Scott was assigned to visit and repair our stove top. He cleared up all issues in about an hour that we have been enduring June - September. I will never again recommend the protection service but could not be more thankful for Scott's professionalism and capability. He is the best!
