Great Technician, poor Sears Repair customer Service
Great technician, but Sears Repair customer service and Sears Parts Direct customer service both TERRIBLE! Two sets of parts sent and charged to my card. Tech could not do the work because fridge needed to be turned off for 24 hours, which I was never TOLD. Charged 109 and no repair after 6 weeks of waiting!!!
