Guoxing was very pleasant and provided quick as well as excellent service. I provided the service center with a screenshot of the make as well as model and the challenge I was having which was my washer not agitating my clothes. He was in and out in less than 1 hour. I will definitely use them again because they were prepared with parts to do the job. Thank you

When Paul finally came to fix my dishwasher, he came early,
It has taken at least two months to get this fixed, but Paul fixed it this morning quickly. I have had a terrible time getting someone to come b/c my warranty info was never put on the work order even after hundreds of calls and promises that it was fixed. It's been such an ordeal that after 12 years with warranties, I will not renew them. My friend had the same experience with getting a replacement dishwasher under warranty. Hopefully this system can be fixed so that you aren't loosing many other customers!

Disappointing
My appointment was scheduled for today between 8am and 12 pm. I got a call from Timothy at 1:36 pm and he showed up at 2:00 pm, 2 hours outside the scheduled window! Customers have things to do also. I didn't appreciate the fact that he didn't get here on time.
