Range Repair
Excellent! When the tech came the first time he quickly determined the part we received was used and ordered a new one! On the date of repair we were kept informed of the tech's estimated time of arrival. The tech took nice precautions to keep the area around the range safe from damage and he even vacuumed behind the range after completing the repair!! The repairs were made expediently and he was off to his next job. We were completely satisfied

Customer service
The tech that came was great. He worked around the delivery time of the replacement product and confirmed everything and the appointment. However the customer service call center was horrible! I had to wait 2 months of follow up to get the product processed and ordered. They keep saying it's on back order and when it finally arrived it was only half the order! I had to finally get a supervisor on the phone to push through the order and get our delivered the next day to get this resolved. 2 months without follow up is unacceptable!
