Wintley keep us up to date on his arrival time. He tried to fix our dryer and was thorough. Unfortunately, we required a part no longer available because of the age of the dryer. Wintley tried his best.

The technician was wonderful! Sears itself I will probably never use again as they sent part to my house without telling me cost only to find out it would be over 900 to fix. I cancelled part and was shocked that they were able to do this! Seems like a scam and if I knew the cost ahead of time, which I asked for and never received cost would have cancelled appointment and bought new stove

Really efficient, fast repair
Tim came a bit after 8am, ran diagnostics to confirm the issue and immediately started the work. Took about an hour to replace the ice machine and we were back in business !
