Serviceman was awesome!
The serviceman was awesome. The experience with Sears home service's warranty department leaves much to be desired. Serviceman state's refrigerator is unrepairable. We shall see if that very expensive home maintenance agreement/warranty will be honored. It expires in 3 years.

Adrian was fine. I received approximately 60 text messsges, SIXTY, this morning stating my appointment was cancelled. Was very disappointed it would take 2 weeks to get washing machine part put in. Also, I I was offered a household warranty, then told this area wasn't eligible, also very disappointing. Ended up buying a Speed Queen here in Indianola that will be installed in the next hour.

On first visit he diagnosed the problem, ordered necessary parts. On second visit he installed the new part, tested the dishwasher and found it to be working properly. He called earlier in the day and gave me an approximate arrival time. He arrived during that two hour window. Performed the repair in a very short time. Very friendly and professional.
