Johnny was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew the problem and went right to fixing it. Just hate all the parts was not available through Sears. So refrig could not be completely fixed. I will never be able to use my door for ice, But the ice maker is making ice. Johnny Grider

Randall gave us notice of arrival time, was polite and knowledgeable. I can't say the same for Sears, who sold me a French Door Kenmore 5 years ago and now it's worthless over a $125 part that can't be bought I am not happy and will not be replacing it at Sears.
