Great service from Donnie
Donnie called me earlier in the day and gave me a time frame when he would probably arrive and called when he was about 20 minutes out to look at my dishwasher. He was courteous and friendly and figured the problem out quickly. My dishwasher was draining but also giving me a failure to drain code and without checking for a drain hose problem first I assumed it was something either mechanical or electronic. I was wrong and the drain hose was pinched causing it to drain intermittently. Donnie left to take care of another call while waiting to find a replacement hose and few hours later he called and said he had the hose and was on his way. He replaced the hose quickly, ran the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks and left. Donnie was very efficient and professional and instead of trying to fix the original hose he made sure to find a replacement first so there would be no problems if the original hose ended up leaking from being damaged. He took the time to make sure the job was done properly to avoid problems later, which I appreciated. Overall I'm very happy with his work and his professionalism.
