Technician good but incompetent company
It took almost 2 months from the day we first called to finally get our oven fixed. The 1st appointment was fine and technician evaluated problem and ordered part. For the second and third appointments we sat home from 8-5 with no communication from anyone. Finally after numerous phone calls from us, a 4th appointment was scheduled and the technician came and completed work. Not impressed with this company—overrated.
