Still not working correctly
Skyler is very nice and helpful. However, We need him to come back because our issue is still not resolved.

Stove
I wasnt impressed , he was unable to get behind my stove , my son assisted before he had to leave & repairman couldnt put stove back as it was before he came.

No communication
The repair man was not informative. We had to ask about ordering the parts and make sure he did order all the parts because he kept forgetting about one of the parts then I had to ask once the parts are delivered do I need to recall the repair number and set up a new appointment he just was sure

Very poor
The first time your tech came out he left the back of my stove loose and incorrectly installed. The second time he smelled like urine and was rude to my wife as she explained that conns was now going to replace our stove and snatched the invoice for our replacement out of her hand. I hop that I never have to deal with your service tech again ver again

Totally disgusted!
Repair was good but he left the box of removed parts on my floor behind kitchen table. Didn't notice till today. After picking up the box it had leaked water all night. Now I need to replace two floor boards because of water damage. My warranty for the fridge is now negated by carelessness and having to spend money on my floor.

Lies
This man showed up to my to repair my washer on a Saturday morning. Just as he arrived the power goes out. I call the power company to be told there was a "wide spread power outage". This is explained to him. He states he will have to come back but not today. I need to call to reschedule. I do, only to be told he reported "they need an electrician not an appliance repair". This work was being done through my home warranty who can't understand the guy LIED. They rescheduled me for 8/16/23 to which no one showed up for because he's still insisting we need an electrician and not an appliance repair. Once the power was restored later that morning, lo and behold the washer came on with it. Now to get the F51 issue fixed and we will be good.
