Still doing the same thing
We have a home warranty company that contracts with this company. They have come out more than 4 times and my washer is still doing the same thing. The difficult part is I can't just call them back . I have to call the home warranty company then they have to call. Washer has been down more than 2 months. Replaced the control board and water pump. There is not follow up.

Total scam
Richard looked at our ac unit and determined that it was not able to be repaired as part of our home warranty. He then said that he had the parts with him to make the repair and that would cost us 350 for the parts and about the same for the labor. Personally, I think that he was a trying to make a higher profit by denying the claim with the home warranty company. These days NOBODY comes out and then "happen" to have the necessary parts for the repair! It just doesn't add up!
