Ronald is a credit to Sears Home Service
Sears Home service representative Ronald has been great keeping on time appointments, calling in the AM to advise of his estimated arrival time and again when you are his next stop and about how long his drive should be to arrival. He is clean and pleasant and focuses on the job he came for and explains what he is doing, about how long it or will take for a replacement part to arrive and gives a tentative schedule for him to come back to finish the job if the part arrived on schedule.

The repair guy was very good . Fixed the problem . Very kind . my only issue is the amount of time it takes to get a part and repair made. For us it was Two weeks after reporting it . This was not his fault just an issue with the system .
