Technicians are great.
Bobby repaired my microwave. He worked efficiently and left the work area clean. He deserves a raise and less calls. Customers should be able to call and find out what number they are on the schedule. I sat home waiting from 7am. Tech arrived at 5:30pm. He left at 7pm. Sears should tell Customers whether they can expect a tech before 12pm or after 12pm. I am not going to continue with this service due to the scheduling. Again I want to stress the techs are phenomenal. I have had my dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave repaired and all the techs have been great.

Jerome was thorough and explain each step when explaining reasons and cause he didn't blame me or misuse he took out the time to show me all the picture and where the leak was and what would be needed to repair and what would happen if the repairs aren't done
