Bobby checked out the dryer and said the main part that had failed wasn't manufactured any longer. We needed to know if it was fixable so that questioned was answered. His service was first class unfortunately the news was not good.

Refrigerator-freezer
Byron came in and made repairs on a recall from problems of a previous technician. His demeanor and professionalism and approach to making the repairs were exceptional. We could easily tell that he took a lot of pride in his job and performance. We would highly recommend him for any repairs that you may have. However, dealing with the scheduling department was a nightmare for over a month and a half, mostly having to deal with non human contact. Suggest that this company review their scheduling and allow customers to speak to English speaking personnel!
