Icemaker repair
Robert replaced the icemaker in our Samsung refrigerator and cleaned the coils on the refrigerator as I had requested in the service order. Unfortunately, after Robert left the icemaker did not work! The water ran through it and out of it into the bin and no ice was made. I need Robert to come back on Monday, December 18 to work on the icemaker again without Sears charging another service call since the new ice maker does not work and I have a sixty day warranty!

Randell did a great job. He called ahead told us when he would be at our home. Randell was right on time. Repaired the unit. It now working fine. The only problem I had when you company missed out last appointment in October. It was almost imposable to contact your company. We never got a call why it was missed.

Not Happy with Sears Service
I had an appointment to get my LG Refrigerator (which I would never purchase again) on October 11, 2023. I had received the part and was just waiting for the repair man to come. The time that the repair man was to come was between the hours of 7a.m. to 6 p.m. My husband waited all day and no one showed up. I called and informed the person that I spoke with that no one showed up. The next available appointment was November 11, 2023. One month later. I was livid and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I could only speak to him. We have a second refrigerator and so we were able to use that one. But what would have happened if I had not had a refrigerator to use. This was inexcusable on Sear's not to fixed my refrigerator in a timely manner. Our refrigerator is an LG refrigerator and have no service to repair refrigerators othr than Sears. So with that said when and if this refrigerator goes out again I will throw it away and cancel my contract with Sears, since neither are dependable.
