Came out twice. Still.not fixed. Scheduling # 3. Came out the 3rd time.sill not fixed. The techs are will trained. Tech said part not currently available through Sears. Customer Service is very confused about what to do next and would like for me to r wait another week for someone to come up with a next step. Lady from India not concerned that I will be with our use of a clothes dryer for a month. I do not understand how this company still im business. Then I found the reviews. Over 100 1 star and less than 5 total 2 thru 5 star.In anticipation of the appointment today, last night I sourced the part from 2 other sources. I can get the parts for 20% of Sears price. I do not understand this company.

This place is a joke. I have scheduled for a warranty call on my stove two weeks in a row and no one showed either time. Today they did not even give me the courtesy of calling or texting and when I checked at noon my service call still showed as scheduled.
