I really like having David as a repairman. He takes pride in his work, explains everything, and takes his time to get things fixed right. I have had him on numerous occasions, and feel that he is one of the best of your employees.

I had two appliances scheduled for this day, and three repairs scheduled for 8/10. I told him what parts I had, and he said that he could only take care of the refrigerator, because our chest freezer was not on his schedule. I knew it had to be on there, because when the guy came for protection plan, those were the first two appliances checked, and I had parts for both. He began working on the refrigerator, rushing like he was fighting fire. He came in my home at 8:15 AM and was gone at 8:31, putting a new part in my icemaker of my refrigerator. I also had a motherboard control board for my upright freezer, which was not on his list for the day. He said that he would put it in because it was a quick one to do. He did not document that he did that one, so I guess I just tell the next repairman what happened there. He did not reset the temperature to my upright freezer, so it ran all day at -15 degrees instead of 0 degrees. My husband adjusted when he returned home that night. He was friendly, but I'm not sure I would trust him with a bigger job. If employees are so overworked that they have to begin rushing on their first appointment, then they need to travel less miles in the day and have less jobs. Sears called me later in the day to see if I had the part for my chest freezer which was still an open order for the day. I explained that the guy had been here and I told him it should be on his schedule but he insisted it was not. Therefore, I had to reschedule that one for even another day. So, I have to be away from work for three days for my repairs.Your company is sacrificing quality service. It really makes me rethink keeping my insurance.
