Phillip is very professional, and also very nice! He told me along the way when something unexpected came up. I would highly recommend him and Sears! The only things I didn't like was having 2 appointments, and the time window was all day. But still give 5 stars!

The tech was great and his knowledge was good. The only problem I had was with Sears. They are not easy to contact to reschedule a new appointment when the part was delivered in two days. So I gave up and had to wait another week for service.

Service review for HVAC
Sears did a great job explaining the ins and outs of my furnace. He showed me pictures and tested my home for carbon monoxide several times. He also gave me some advice on how to make my furnace work more efficiently.
