Air conditioner
He showed up on time. We are still not sure WHAT was wrong, it worked when he got here. The only complaint I have is that we had to wait two weeks literally after our air stopped working to get it fixed through home warranty/Sears. It is JULY. We both had COVID and a HOT house x 2 weeks.

Knowledgeable and Conscientious
Bryan was able to troubleshoot our issue and determined it wasn't the appliance. That conclusion took a bunch of steps to check the various appliance part connections. After he left, we checked our wiring and discovered he was right! He was pleasant, careful and knowledgeable. Definitely would hope he is our tech if we need service in the future.
