But your services was not good unacceptable we had to wait month and half to get my refrigerator fixed. We had to buy a small refrigerator an a cooler and ice for a month and half. So are we getting reimbursed for what we spend. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised on the timing and promptness of the technician. Luckily, all the parts the automated system thought would be needed to fix my refrigerator and sent to my home prior to the appointment wasn't needed. He carefully analyzed the problem, determined what needed to be adjusted and explained everything in detail. I appreciate how he checked and rechecked to make sure the problem was resolved. I highly recommend Scott and this company!
