Still having problems!
Dave did a very good job, except we got the code ER 66. Please get Dave back out here to get this worked on again. This makes two months of trying to fix this unit.

Rezon provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable, personable and courteous. The telephone customer service can be improved. The automated system is not user friendly and some of the telephone representatives are difficult to understand.

Not working
The ice maker isn't working. Tech was nice but didn't stay around to make sure it worked. No water is coming into the maker and the original unit had a green light on it that this one doesn't. I can only deduce that this replacement unit isn't getting power?

Washing machine trouble
