Washer fix
Phillip, did a great job. He came looked at the washer fixed it and then offered to clean out the dryer. I did have to pay it but, it wasn't that I would have thought to have done. Explained everything and was very friendly.

No Air Conditioning
Bobby worked the problem and had the AC back on before he left. He did a fine job. A little frustrated with the home warranty company that it took 8 days to get a repairman out to look at the heat pump. Heat index was over 100 degrees for 6 of the 8 days. House temperature reached 89 degrees inside.
