Technician was nice, gave me a good phone call for heads up on when he might show up. Considering the company gave me a window of 7 AM to 6 PM which encase you can't do math that's an 11 hour window, however, he was not an install Tech. They do not have an install tech in this area, so he was just a repair technician, he found that the unit needed to be completely replaced, so he was not able to do anything, but the technician was courteous. Informative and give me a little more heads up on When he would show, so I appreciated that.

Sorry I can't give Sears a "O". Scheduled for last Tuesday, received a note that they would be there to service our fridge between 10:37 PM and 0:21 AM. We rescheduled to Thursday. On Thursday received a note that I had asked to be rescheduled again (I had not) and rescheduled for Friday. Today is Friday, it's 5:42 PM and no one has called or shown up. I tried contacting Sears and all you get is an AI Virtual Assistant who mouths the same thing over and over and will only allow you to reschedule or cancel BUT NEVER TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON. I even went online and found a note from Sears: Do you need to speak to a real person. Yes; well you are connected to the same AI virtual assistant. No wonder Sears stores went out of business. If this is an example of their service, I expect the same thing to happen.
