Really less than one star
Technician was VERY rude when entering my home. Wanted me to sign form that I didn't agree with. Didn't do any repairs to my washer! I now have to try to make another appointment to have washer fixed. Very inconvenient and costly to continue to go to laundromat! Please never send this person to my home again!! What good is warranty if you don't stand by it! Why am I making monthly payments for this?

Poor service
It's taken 2 weeks to get washer worked on and it still doesn't work and can't get hold of anyone or get anyone to call us back. Initial repairman was suppose to work on washer on Thursday and low and behold his truck broke down and he couldn't come out then we get the guy today and he didn't get washer fixed

Still broken
Our freezer is still broken. We've been doing this since July when you guys came to fix our ice maker and somehow broke the freezer. Still not working as a freezer.

Still not working

Refrigerator repair
Problem was not fixed still have the same exact problem a part was replaced but they didn't stick around long enough to see if it fixed it. The refrigerator temperature has been a constance 76 degrees for more than 20 hours

This is essentially a robust scam operation
The extreme lengths I have gone to in order to talk to a person and the false assurance i have gotten that "the technician will be able to handle that" if I do get to talk (because sometimes the phone tree has sent me in circles and not allowed me to talk to a living person..depending on the day) is devastating. The people who show up want to help but they are given zero latitude and neither they nor the customer have any recourse to make things right except schedule again and hope...like insanity...for a different outcome. The home warranty is not turning out to be worth anything. Oh, and charlie quit because this system was so bad to him... and the technician that came out following him is going to quit too...

Cooktop
The same problem repeating. It runs for 8-10 minutes then they (burners) go down to the lowest level for another 7-10 minutes. As it they are not working.

Horrible
The technician barely did anything. He refused to go to the basement where part of the issue was, and kept saying he has to get a contractor to come out. Waste of time and extremely disappointing given the circumstances.
