Aaron provided excellent service, we verified service and new part operation. But faulty part seemed to be legacy with refrigerator because 5 minutes after technician left. The new part quit functioning, while making it more difficult. Tried calling AE company for a return visit but was never able to get thru, so had to call AHS to obtain technician revisit. Still pending.

No personal calls please
While repairing my fridge, tech was on the phone, speaker, talking to a buddy regarding personal issues. Yes, it was repaired but time and place for that stuff and it ain't during my repair. Again it was fixed

Time wasted
Repairman spent about an hour or more running the dishwasher to fill with water and verify the issue. The problem with dirt and contaminates was there. The repair man simply suggested I run the machine with vinegar and or dishwasher cleaner. The dishwasher is barely a year old and running a cleaning cycle was already on my agenda and I had already disassembled the filter and made sure all was clean. All internal parts were clean. The only tool that was used was a flash light. I have started running cleaning cycles with vinegar and then dishwasher cleaner. If it doesn't fix the issue, I will be requesting another service call.

I am so sorry to say this. But your technician was here yesterday to work on my refrigerator. And it's still not working so I don't know what's going on. But you guys have been here number of times and have not been able to fix the problem.

Not fixed
Assurant used wrong model # i told tech i took day off work he said had to do new ticket when on phone to get new appointment was told tech could have called with me for nee ticket but he didn't he left now i am waiting another 5 hours

Washer repair
This company is terrible. They kept cancelling our appointment but finally came out today and cross your fingers the washer is fixed as we have been without a washer since September 13th. It has taken 4 trips from this company to hopefully fix the washer
