My technician was a really great guy and got the job done very quickly. I would provide 0 stars for the actual appointment and communication process through both Assurant and through Sears. What a mess of a program they’re running and an absolute lack of ability to communicate effectively between each other and to their customers. Makes me reconsider how beneficial the GE extended warranty program really is. Take a look at how Home Depo provide service and technician communication and status updates to customers, and whatever you can do to mirror their system or purchase the workflow that they have seemed to perfect, do it.

The automated system was either extremely helpful, or extremely frustrating, there was no in between. How many times are you going to contact me to have me either change my appointment if I want or confirm my appointment? I did like being able to see how many stops were before me & who my tech would be. As for our tech, we have no complaints. He was quick & knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for better!
