questionable
Larry said he couldn't fix it as the part was no longer available. BUT, he did suggest that we buy the warranty, then he'd come back and fix it so it might last a few weeks. Then when it quit working again in a month, or so, the warranty would buy us a new machine. Sounded sketchy. We didn't accept that plan, so ended up just paying for the diagnostic,

Worst than before

Horrible
Horrible service, unable to fix the problem on 3 different trips. Left a mess on all trips. Audibly Cussing my refrigerator with my toddler, wife, & mother in law all within 15 feet of him. Still not correct & he's actually broke other parts.

I am angry at Sears, not James
Sears is trying to get a home warranty company going, but Sears is not customer friendly. James (Sears) was dispatched to fix our fridge by Choice Home Warranty July 3 and on July 4, our kitchen floor was flooded by the ice maker. A floor we had to replace. Sears refuses to honor its 90-day guarantee to the homeowner, waiting instead of the home warranty company, who also sucks. Customers lose all the way around. And, my fridge still is not fixed. And, every phone call gets a different answer IF you can speak to someone who can actually understand the issue. DO NOT BUY A SEARS HOME WARRANTY OR WORK WITH THEM.

Not the best
Our washer and dryer are stacked, so they had to take the dryer off to get the washer. They couldn't figure out how to do it with the little space in our laundry room, so I had to help them. I had to lift the dryer for them and show them how to get it down. Once that was done they unhooked the washer and just let the water go from the hoses on my floor. When I gave them towels to wipe it up I was told it was just water and would dry. They wiped up some water but left what they couldn't reach under the washer. Hooked everything back up and then didn't push the stack back all the way. Started the washer to make sure it didn't leak and left without checking that it wasn't leaking. My washer now doesn't drain, which it did before they did anything to it.
