The technician fixed the problem of my leaking dishwasher and told me where I can purchase the 2 burners I need for my stove. He was polite and very helpful.

This tech we had today 8/28/24 was very thorough and pleasant. The other one you sent out on the 16th wasn't as thorough. I can not say the same for your customer service dept; first it's hard to understand them when their English isn't that good and most of all I dont appreciate someone who is condensending. That dept. needs improvement.
