The person that came out to fix the refrigerator was fantastic knew his stuff and took care of the problem. He was very nice and helpful. But you need to work on the process of getting someone out to do repairs. I had to make several calls to people that have a hard time communicating. They didn’t seem to know who would be coming or when they would get here. I started on the morning of March 20th and someone was going to be out between 1pm and 5pm, at 3:30pm they text and said we needed to reschedule. So we rescheduled for the 21st between 1 and 5pm. On the 21st after several phone calls and waiting till 7pm I found out they wouldn’t be coming out, I had to make the phone call to get that information. Once again we had to reschedule for the 22nd from 8am to 12 noon. On the 22nd the person that was going to come out called and let me know when he would arrive. He was great and on time. They wanted to put me in Wyoming every time I called. I would have to tell them I live in Andover Kansas.
