Great service but needed better communication
Nate was amazing once he got here but my window of time was 1-5 which I stayed home all day for. At 7:15 I got a call asking if I still wanted him to come out. I absolutely needed service so I said yes. He fixed my problem I just wish he would have communicated that he was going to be late or ant communication

Dishwasher Repair
Great service by the Tec when the parts came. Terrible communication from the company. It took 88 days to get parts and we were never told what was happening or when we could see results! We called and asked and were given the run around ever time " their working on getting parts". Could not use the Dishwasher for 3 months 88 days. I think the contract over the years more than paid for a new Dishwasher! Not renewing it ever again!
