Marshall is the man
Marshall knows his stuff. He is meticulous, careful, and dedicated to providing top quality HVAC. He spent most of that time fixing shoddy work from others. Quality makes a difference.

Great service and a really great guy
King is very good at what he does and very good and decent as a person. He lets you know what the situation is and addresses it as quickly as possible. He's repaired two different appliances for me over the last several years and both times have been great work with no Issues afterward. He is timely and friendly. He answers questions and explains what the situation is. He is an exceptional member of the Repair team.

Air Conditioner Unit
The issue was sovled, which, of course I'm happy about... I thought he seemed very knowledge about fixing the problems also, I want to add that he was a very nice person to talk to & was very respectful, that says alot...for me. I would definitely want him to help mo out, if something were to happen again T Y👌🙏

A great experience
Our GE oven was on the fritz so I reached out to Sears Home Service. King came out this morning and was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, personable and efficient. I would recommend him highly.

Mower services and repair

They don't have any business etiquette at all and if they were my employees, I'd fire the lot of them! Good luck Sears!
