Still with dripping fridge
I am frustrated bc the repair didn't fix the issue and I believe the service technician knew this would be the case when he left bc of some of the things he said. Now I left having to navigate through my appliance warranty again to get anyone out there. Have wasted a lot of time and still no fix . Also the first time he came out he called ahead to give a better estimation but the second return I got no call confirming so wasn't able to plan my afternoon accordingly.

Doesn't seem to be fixed
Upon completion said to wait 24 hrs to load fridge and said temp had already dropped 7 degrees. I checked shortly after he left and still felt room temp. Checked again 2 hours after he left and still no change. Never have had to wait long to see change in past but I will give it a bit longer. Hoping a new compressor install takes longer but we waited 2 weeks to get someone out. Will definitely change to 5 stars if in fact it does cool.

Isaiah gets Five Stars/Sears gets Zero Stars
The first repair appointment scheduled (8am to 5pm) for my dishwasher was a no show. Rescheduled the next day (8am to 5pm) was a now show. The third day (8am to 5pm) the technician showed up, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and while on site set up the repair date between (8am-5pm) for the following week. On the repair date (8am-5pm) no show. Rescheduled the next day (8am to 5pm) the repair was finally made. Had to take off work five days to get this repair completed. Who's going to pay for my lost wages? I would never recommend buying Sears extended warrantees.

not happy!! tech told me could not get part. I found part on line!! Now I have a busted Refrigerator. Sears should replace it for free or a possible Law suite could happen.

Unsatisfied
Technician arrived and was here for 10 minutes just turning the dish washer on and off. Said it's electrical issue, so electrician came out and replaced breaker and it's still happening. First tech we had said it was the dishwasher and likely we'd need a new one. I've been without a dishwasher for two weeks now.
