Service Call
Van was ok. He performed the work in a timely manner. First call he was 3 hours late. Second call on time. He shows little emotion or concern, but completes the job.

The repairman arrived as promised. We explained the problem with the ice maker. We told him that this was the THIRD time this problem has happened, and told him how we had removed the ice container, emptied it, and let it dry before we put it back together. It did work correctly for a short time. Then it froze up again. Then he attempted to remove it, but it was frozen in place. Eventually, he managed to take it out. After thawing the ice, and removing the lumps from the container, he checked the switch, and turned the ice maker back on. It began dumping cubes, and he checked the dispenser to make sure the cubes dropped into a container. Then he left. We hope it will work correctly.

Dissatisfied
He was very rude. I always had inside dryer cleaned by your service people. Was told full of lint, will catch fire. This guy put in new heating element and wouldn't clean lint out. So now catch fire. Due serviceman and Sears. First time in 25 or more years truly disappointed.

Inexperienced
While the service tech was friendly and professional, he was clearly inexperienced, at least with my problem. Instead of doing a little research, or paying attention to the details on the stove itself, he decided (after talking to a coworker) that I had the wrong oven for propane fuel. Now, I have to wait for someone else to come take a look, and hopefully, fix the problem.

3days still waiting
Its been 3 days back and forth to fix an lg . Between lg and you guys im still waiting. Thanks for all your offers over the phone , but if you could figure out when will someone come to fix it would be great. Its been diagnosed already. Maybe tommorrow?
