Our technician was courteous and very professional. Our one minor issue was that there was no call with an ETA. I only got a text message saying, "Tech is on the way." Our tech got right to work, explained the repairs made and what was still needed. Our tech notified us that parts would be delivered to us and that the next service date would vary due to the parts arrival. He ended the service call kindly and departed for next appointment promptly. We appreciated His thoroughness, kindness, and professionalism.

Russell arrived earlier than expected. He could not work on my refrigerator today because it was listed as a dishwasher. I clearly reported that the repair was for my refrigerator; however, somehow it was listed as my dishwasher. It was not the fault of the repairman, as he could not change the dishwasher to the refrigerator on his phone app I will try again to schedule the refrigerator repair.
