Techinical problems on your side.
I was told that fixing my dryer would take 1 visit because the technician would have everything he needed to fix my dryer on his truck. This was NOT true. It took 2 visits!! I did complete the pre-visit survey but the technician said that he had not received that information. It included information about the problem with the dryer, etc.
