Sears Home Services Plan for Washer & Dryer
Bob came equipped with necessary tools to do job in timely and thorough manner. I was completely satisfied with the job he did. He called me a little after 8 a.m. to let me know he was on his way to my house. Negative thoughts with the Sears Service Plan are that I feel technicians are overbooked. I had scheduled this yearly maintenance check on my washer & dryer in May for Monday, June 3rd with both done the same day. It got rebooked by Sears twice. I waited from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. two days because of overbooking. This does not seem fair to either the technicians or the customer who has paid for this service to be done. Thank goodness, Bob came and did the job on June 21st which I rescheduled so I could have them done the same day,

He was polite and kind. Even had to lay flat on the floor to check the bottom of the washer. Poor guy, that's not fun! He didn't complain and it didn't take long to spot the problem. Thank you!
