The service department sent Mitchell the day after I called seeking repair of my Gas Dryer. He was very cordial and professional in explaining what was broken and did have the correct replacement part with him. He showed me the broken part, what it was and then replaced it. I offered him a tip for all his work, but he refused saying he was being paid for his services, but I could give him a review in return. He deserves an A+, especially since he drove up from the Muncie area to fix my problem. Keep him. it is hard to find anyone knowledgeable and polite and willing to answer all my questions ( repair or replace?, etc.) Thank you for your fast response. I thought I would have to be placed on a waiting list in order to get it fixed. When I had my home built, I purchased all my kitchen and laundry appliances from SEARS. Never second guessed my decision then or now. Just wish you still had a store in Auburn, IN. Have a great day.
