Very friendly
Andy was very nice and friendly and the freezer was fine for a few days but now the frost is building up again and the knocking is getting louder. Unfortunately, I don't think the problem is fixed.

Irresponsible- difficult to work with as a company
I filed the claim with my LG refrigerator on 7/2- the first technician was sent to me with in a week. He was quick with diagnosis, and asked to order the parts. Apparently the technicians only can order parts from LG- but sears technician // their system cannot order parts. So getting the necessary parts was a big challenge- I had to make several calls with LG/ home warranty company to get the parts. And then the technician didn't show up on the next appointment- I wasted a whole day waiting for them and trying to call them as the appointment is 8am to 5 pm!!! it was visible in their system and I have it multiple times - but their is no customer service support to find out what is going on. I feel like this was very unacceptable from a big company like sears. Once the technician arrived today, they fixed everything pretty quickly.

Incorrect information
Had a hard time understanding some questions but continued to repeat herself. Told us that the technician would have parts available for repairs and ensured us that they keep all usual repair items on hand.

Sad
He says because I could not operate the controls correctly when I waw showing him what was wrong which I wasn't cooking. I was just showing him anyway. He said we can't take my word for it. That its overheating, so too bad so sad. Guess, my house can burn down. I paid seventy five dollars to be treated like scum and nothing was done to fix my oven. I guess I will try to video for the next technician. That's coming out.
