He was good on updates on arrival.
I really appreciated his updates on when he would arrive. I had a hectic day. I was able to attend to what was needed and I k ew when I had to be home. Also, it didn't take him long to find the problem and fix it.

Repair my dishwasher
He repaired my dishwasher. I was thinking though, after he left, that he could have replaced the paper clip I use to keep the top rack from coming off it's rail. Just a little thing, but it would have been nice.

Scheduling
Andrew is very friendly and told me everything he was doing and answered my questions. He would get 5 stars. My problem is the way appointments are made. I think a better effort should be made to give an estimate when the tech will arrive when the appointment is made. Giving an 8-5 timeline is not at all helpful. Even to narrow it down to morning or afternoon would be more beneficial. If I had to take off work to be home, I'd be very upset, especially since the refrigerator has been serviced multiple times.
