Freezer help
Ronald came out to look at our refrigerator/freezer---The freezer part was over freezing. We literally had icicles hanging in the freezer----He told us there might be a long wait before someone could get out with the needed gasket. He was very helpful and gave us tips on what to do now.--He was very knowledgeable and professional

Ice maker
Still not making ice. Ronald was very friendly and nice. His work was fast, any thought it was fixed. But it has not made any ice since he left and it's Been almost 24 hours.
