Time frame
I requested 8 to 12! I guess tech had no idea and he came at 330 !!! My day wasted

Way too much up selling!
We were pleased with Clint's work, but not so pleased with the constant, unending up-selling. When we declined, he would go on with another "offer" and another and ANOTHER. He was relentless; the constant bombardment made an otherwise pleasant experience very uncomfortable. Also, after the technicians removed all of the shelves in our freezer, they didn't return them to their prior positions, and now we cannot figure out how to move them! We have lost a third of our storage space. We would appreciate someone coming out and showing us how to move them - we are both stumped.

Didn't fix the problem
We had two service calls on our dryer and the problem wasn't fixed either time. So frustrating! Both technicians (not just Dallas) said that the problem was corrected but if they had run the dryer for a longer amount of time, they would have seen that after several minutes the heat would shut off. After the second service appointment also failed, we did a quick Google search and determined that it was likely a Gas Valve Solenoid problem. So, after wasting almost two weeks with no dryer and spending $120+ for service calls that did nothing, we purchased the part online for like $40 and fixed the dryer ourselves in just a few minutes. Ugh!

Wish I got a new refrigerator instead
Did not read notes on report called wrong number upon arrival several times. Stated that the compressor locked out because of wear and tear in person but wrote report saying there was a leak. Person not trustworthy wish i had a different technician.
