Good technicians, TERRIBLE management
Miguel has been to our house to service the ice maker three times, and one of his colleagues a fourth time. Each time, they got closer to making the needed repairs, but, in between these visits, their management system scheduled him or his colleagues TEN different times with no one showing up! Sometimes, I'd get a cancellation between 1:00 PM and 3:20 PM, after having waited since 8:00 AM waiting. Many times, there was no notice - just no shows. Miguel can have his skills and talents used better by a different company.

He introduced himself, asked us some questions about the appliance and got to work. Twenty minutes later, he was finished, explained what was wrong, thanked us for being customers and left.
