Miguel was great! He was very friendly and courteous. He knew what issue we were having with our ice maker right away and had the whole thing fixed and running again in about an hour.

Miguel Was fabulous
I have no complaints about Miguel S. your serviceman. He is a great service person and very knowledgeable. My complaint is with the Sears home office who kept getting things screwed up. It took months for the part to get delivered. Kept going to the wrong location and then nobody seemed to know about it. Trying to call the Sears Home office to get updates is horrible. Hard to talk to a live person and the canned questions didn't apply to our situation. We would get email notices that someone would come and replace the fridge part and did I have the part? No, I didn't have the part - But nobody knew where the part was. Then when I finally talked to someone at Sears, they said the part had been delivered and was installed, so the work order was closed. No! The part was never delivered and was never replaced. The part was ordered twice and disappeared somewhere. After 2 months of back and forth we got the notice that the repair person was coming to look at the situation. Well, Miguel showed up today with the part in hand! Yay! Took him 5 minutes and he did a great job. I wish the Sears repair website and phone system was more user friendly and allowed you to talk to a live person more easily. Miguel did a great job and I am thankful that Sears repair has some good people doing the actual repairs.
