Ronald arrived early and was prepared to work! He got our refrigerator up and running. We are as pleased as we could be! In addition, he was super nice but didn't really chit-chat unless one of us initiated it. Ronald is a perfect representative for Sears! Give him a promotion and a raise!

Ronald; Excellent Technician
Long story short - after 4 previous technicians attempting to debug my ice maker; Ron came on site and diagnosed a bad ice maker. Order the correct ice maker and replaced two weeks later and we are getting ice. Ron was thoughtful, courteous and timely. He is a good model for others.
