I would rate Dino 5 out of 5. He was a well knowledged technician trouble shooting our refrigerator cooling problem. He replaced the dryer component. The previous technician tried but failed,dryer lines were plugged after 2 tries. Dino showed us the temp was going down before he left. We were very happy to have Dino get the refrigerator properly working . I

Within a few minutes, he determined what the problem is and let me know that my appliance needed to be replaced because the manufacturer doesn't make the part anymore.
