The Tech was great, The company is HORRIBLE
Sears sent the tech out to look at my refrigerator, telling me that he was coming to verify that my unit STILL didn't work, after waiting more than 3 months for a part. However, they neglected to tell the tech that. He showed up at my house, expecting me to have the part to repair my Refrigerator. They also didn't tell him that they no longer even make the parts for this fridge, so it cannot be repaired. They lied to me twice, saying that they would replace the refrigerator, but they will not, they do not do that. They cancelled the original warranty on my unit, after it had to be repaired the first time. By no longer making the parts to repair these appliances, they are failing to stand behind their products, as the law requires them to do. So, the tech was professional, friendly, and put in the middle of a horrible situation, created by SEARS. Sears has given me the most horrible, awful, most rude, most hateful, most untruthful customer experience I have ever had in my life. My next call will be to a lawyer.
