Confessor was great; friendly, knowledgeable, and a gifted repairman. The Sears system not so much. What a trial it was to get appoints set up and then to maintain contact through what seems to be AI-based communiques. Terrible.

Steve did a wonderful job!! He fixed everything and saved my ability to prepare Christmas dinner next week! I had submitted my visit request fairly late last night and he was here by 8:40 this morning! Incredible service! I would definitely call again if needed for a different problem or appliance!!
