Your technician was very through and friendly. He didn't mind that I sat near the washer and watched and had conversations with him. He explained what was wrong, ordered and repaired all the parts. He attempted to contact another serviceman to get some info on how to gt the timer out of the machine, but he figured it out by himself before the other man contacted him.
